姓氏起源[edit]

杜姓的主要来源是祁姓。相传出自帝尧的后裔唐杜氏。周成王时，唐杜氏被迁到杜城，城中的居民便以杜为姓。[1]

另有一支来自鲜卑。北魏孝文帝迁都洛阳后，鲜卑的独孤浑氏改为杜氏。《魏书·官氏志》记载了此事。[1][3]

郡望堂号[edit]
